Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a Manufacturing Finishing Technician in Worcester, UK. The role involves hand and power-tool finishing of components to meet customer specifications within a modern manufacturing facility.

You will join a growing team in a hands-on environment, with opportunities to develop skills in grinding, deburring, fettling and polishing while adhering to health and safety standards. Training will be provided, and the position offers stability with a rolling 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, or pneumatic tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Grind, deburr, fettling, sanding, polishing and finishing components.
• Remove excess material and surface imperfections.
• Operate hand tools and pneumatic equipment safely and effectively.
• Read engineering drawings and specifications when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Support production targets while maintaining quality standards.
