Job summary

Starlab in Milton Keynes seeks an entry-level technician to service and calibrate pipettes. You will work at the bench handling delicate instruments, with full training provided and no prior experience required.

You’ll record servicing work accurately, support customers and teammates, and learn ISO-related standards as you grow. A company car is available for private use and benefits include life insurance and health plans.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and careful handling of tiny components.
• No experience required; full training provided.
• Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.
• Desirable: knowledge of ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Service and calibrate pipettes according to approved standards.
• Hands-on work at the bench with small instruments (no liquid handling).
• Maintain accurate records of servicing work.
• Provide advice or assistance to customers and colleagues as you settle in.
