Labserve is seeking a Field Service Engineer / Workshop Technician to service, calibrate and repair weighing equipment and pipettes across our portfolio. The role blends field visits with workshop duties, requiring hands-on problem solving and a customer‑facing approach.

You will deliver calibration certificates, maintain safety and quality standards, and participate in CPD. A UK-based candidate willing to travel to customer sites and work in Gateshead-based workshop will thrive in this varied,

Qualifications

• Experience servicing pipettes and weighing equipment.
• Strong calibration and repair skills with attention to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and on-site with customers.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete calibration certificates and service records.
