Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Executive in Milton Keynes to drive new business for precision engineered products. The role focuses on office-based activity with potential field sales, offering a lucrative commission structure and clear progression.

Salary is £30,000–£35,000 with £45,000–£50,000 OTE, plus a Fuel Card, Training, Early Friday Finish, and progression opportunities. Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–12:30.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within precision engineering sectors.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and build client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Bring in new business and expand on existing accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and create repeat business.
• Work closely with senior management to assess and drive sales targets.
• Adhere to working hours: Mon-Thu 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:00–12:30.
