Job summary

Proactive Global in Windsor is seeking a skilled Rework Technician with strong soldering and rework skills to join a well-established electronics manufacturer.

You will perform precise SMT and through-hole rework, interpret engineering drawings and BoMs, and maintain high standards of housekeeping.

Experience with 0201 components and BGA rework is highly desirable; you should be able to work independently or as part of a team with a quality-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise soldering tasks down to 0201 surface mount component size.
• Carry out SMT and Through Hole rework to a high standard.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BoMs).
• Maintain high standards of workplace housekeeping.
• Experience with BGA rework, track repairs, and circuit modifications is highly desirable.
