Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting for an Electronics Assembler / Production Technician in Worthing. The role is temporary, full-time, with an hourly rate of £14.13 per hour and standard daytime hours Monday to Friday.

You will assemble products and sub-assemblies, perform PCB assembly, soldering to IPC standards, and support NPI builds, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Manual handling and attention to detail are essential in this hands-on manufacturing position.

Qualifications

Experienced in soldering.
Must be comfortable with manual handling.
Experienced in assembly and encapsulation processes (desirable).
Familiar with IPC soldering standards and ESD protocols.
A detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision and quality.

Responsibilities

Assemble products and sub-assemblies following approved work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Carry out conventional hand assembly of cases, housings, and small components.
Prepare assemblies in line with production plans and priorities.
Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) using through-hole and surface mount components according to drawings and BOMs.
Perform manual soldering to IPC standards.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, including prototype and pre-production assemblies.
