KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a Staffordshire-based manufacturing company for a Production Operative role. You will assemble high-quality cable harnesses to precise specifications and learn from in-house training in a specialist environment.

The role involves reading technical drawings, following procedures, and maintaining production records. Monday–Friday with early finish on Fridays; in-house training provided to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and visual accuracy.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assemble cable harnesses and electro-mechanical products to customer specs.
• Work from drawings, schematics and manufacturing instructions.
• Use wiring and production techniques to manufacture high-quality products.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and complete production records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
