Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years despatch/store experience essential.
• Experience with secure packaging and hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of packaging solutions desirable.
• Office software proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook) and stock control systems essential.
• Knowledge of couriers and packing notes, weights, and dimensions desirable.
• Full clean driving licence essential.
• English reading/writing proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming/outgoing goods against POs, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Prepare, pack, label, and dispatch orders and returns.
• Generate and manage dispatch documentation, manifests, and shipping paperwork.
• Maintain inventory, stock movement, and dispatch records in ERP.
• Identify discrepancies, damaged goods, or non-conforming items.
• Monitor stock levels and support stores/inventory control.
• Manage courier bookings, collections, and deliveries.
• Coordinate movement of products across the business.
• Work with internal teams to fulfil orders on time.
• Deliver products using company vehicle when required.
• Maintain high standards of service during dispatch process.
• Uphold company values and Code of Ethics.
