Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Dimensional Quality Assurance Inspector for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will perform internal dimensional inspection of powertrain components, supporting the delivery of precision-engineered parts for the racing programme.

The role requires GD&T expertise, experience with CMMs, Talysurf and Quindos, and the ability to produce accurate inspection reports and calibration of equipment daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive/Aerospace or precision engineering.
• Hands-on with complex components such as heads, blocks, crankshafts and gears.
• Extensive knowledge of GD&T and CMMs.
• Exposure to Talysurf & Quindos would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify non-conforming components, complete Inspection reports and deliver accurate information for decision making.
• Ensure data is reliable and entered correctly in business systems.
• Accurately write non-conformance reports for dimensional or visual defects on engine components.
• Carry out daily calibration of required equipment.
