Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Dimensional Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure high standards from build to race readiness for a 2026 F1 power unit.

You’ll perform dimensional inspection, write non-conformance reports, calibrate equipment, and ensure data accuracy in ERP systems. Experience in Automotive/Aerospace or precision engineering with GD&T and CMMs is required; exposure to Talysurf & Quindos is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GD&T and dimensional measurement practices.
• Experience performing dimensional inspection on engine components or precision parts.
• Ability to generate accurate inspection reports and input data into systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify non-conforming components and complete inspection reports.
• Ensure data entered into business systems is reliable and accurate.
• Write non-conformance reports for dimensional or visual defects.
• Carry out daily calibration of required inspection equipment.
