Job summary

Opportunities exist for a skilled Digital Printer to join a leading packaging and labels company in the Leicester area. You will operate and maintain digital printing presses, ensuring color accuracy and high-quality output across jobs.

Key duties include managing workflow to meet tight deadlines, following established procedures, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring health and safety guidelines are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in busy digital print production.
• Experience in digital print - ideally HP or InkJet.
• Experience in labels/print/packaging industry.
• Strong eye for colour and detail; flexible.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital printing presses.
• Ensure accurate colour reproduction and high-quality output.
• Manage workflow to meet production deadlines.
• Follow procedures independently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues.
