Job summary

Faith Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Analyst in Esher to join a growing Quality team. The role focuses on reviewing customer orders and contracts before processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance across departments.

You will use ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to enter data, identify discrepancies, and support smooth order processing. Hybrid working and excellent benefits are offered with immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within contract review, order processing, customer service, supply chain or a similar administrative role.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to work with different departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Check contractual clauses, specifications and requirements, identifying any discrepancies before orders are processed.
• Accurately enter and validate information within the ERP system.
• Review supplier quotations to ensure they align with customer requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve any contractual or order‑related queries.
• Support compliance processes and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and quality standards.
