Job summary

Red Chilli Recruitment is assisting a North Hampshire-based specialist composite manufacturer to recruit an experienced Pre Preg/Wetlay Laminator on an ongoing contract. The role focuses on delivering high-spec components in a production environment with strict quality standards.

You'll handle prepregs, laminates, cure processes and documentation, working with a skilled team in a clean workshop. The position is full-time, onsite in North Hampshire, with a competitive hourly rate and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pre Preg or Wetlay Laminator in high-quality environments.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and laminating instructions.
• Background in aerospace, motorsport, marine or similar high‑quality composites.

Responsibilities

• Produce composite parts and tooling in line with drawings and quality standards.
• Work as part of a shop-floor team delivering high-spec components.
• Assist with mould/tool preparation and cure processes where applicable.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and traceability documentation.
• Flag defects or non-conformances per quality procedures.
