Qualifications

• Experience as a Prepreg Laminator in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes.
• Experience with vacuum bagging and curing.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Laminating composite components using prepreg materials.
• Reading and working from technical drawings and lay-up schedules.
• Preparing moulds, tooling and materials for production.
• Vacuum bagging and preparing components for curing.
• Trimming and finishing completed parts to specification.
• Conducting quality checks throughout the laminating process.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
