Sylatech, a UK-based design and manufacturing specialist, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator for weekend night shifts (Friday to Sunday). You will operate high-speed CNC centres, set up tooling and fixtures, and ensure components meet exacting tolerances.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a growing advanced manufacturing environment. We welcome experienced professionals with a background in precision engineering, tooling, and reading engineering drawings.

Competenze

• CNC operating experience is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with CNC milling and multi-axis machining.
• Experience with basic programme and tool table editing.
• Familiarity with Renishaw probing systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Able to work to deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aerospace/precision engineering sectors is advantageous.
• Lathe experience is beneficial.
