Qualifications

• Previous Mechanical Fitter experience assembling CNC tool components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and fluid systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for CNC machine tools to engineering specifications.
• Install and assemble pneumatic, hydraulic, and pressure-based fluid systems.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.
• Carry out mechanical testing, fault finding, and adjustments to ensure equipment meets quality standards.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment following health and safety procedures.
