A family-run manufacturing company in Metheringham seeks a CNC machine operator & programmer for a temporary full-time role. You will operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components primarily for the agricultural industry. Qualifications

• Significant experience as a CNC programmer/operator.
• Experience programming using CAM or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and high motivation to succeed.
• Mechanical mindset with ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience using Fanuc controls; experience on Doosan CNCs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce components to high quality standards.
• Program parts using CAM or equivalent software.
• Read and execute engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with management and the sister company on the same premises.
