Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• CNC operating experience with lathes or milling machines preferred.
• Experience with CMZ lathes or YCM mills is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and ability to verify component quality.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Reliable, practical approach and good communication.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery according to production instructions, specs and safety procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues promptly.
• Check finished components against specifications using measuring equipment.
• Follow engineering drawings and task-specific work instructions.
• Support production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Complete production and inspection records accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
