Job summary

Rivencore Global Solutions in Poole, UK is seeking an Electrical Technician Level 2/3 Vision & Sensors to manufacture cable assemblies, harnesses and electrical sub‑assemblies for demanding naval and defence applications. You will work to MOD and IPC620 standards in an ESD‑protected environment and support wiring sub‑assemblies, enclosures and racks.

The ideal candidate is reliable, self‑motivated and able to follow detailed instructions, with experience in cable assembly, wiring or similar

Qualifications

• Experience in cable assembly, wiring, looming or similar engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of quality standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, drawings and processes.
• Good practical and manual skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Confidence to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-quality cable assemblies and harnesses to specified standards.
• Cable assembly and looming using lacing techniques and accessories.
• Wiring electrical sub-assemblies and enclosures per process instructions and docs.
• Assist with mechanical sub-assembly work on enclosures and racks.
• Work to MOD and IPC620 standards ensuring high quality workmanship.
• Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment and organised workspace.
• Operate effectively both independently and as part of a team.
