Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, terminate, and inspect cable harnesses per drawings and specs.
• Perform wire preparation: crimping, soldering, connector assembly, lacing, bundling.
• Install heat shrink, backshells, strain reliefs, shielding, and markers per docs.
• Conduct in-process self-inspection and quality verification.
• Carry out electrical testing: continuity, insulation resistance, functional tests.
• Maintain traceability and complete records.
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Adhere to safe work practices and standards.
