Job summary

NWF Agriculture is seeking a reliable Blend Shed Operative to join our busy animal feed production team in Nantwich. This hands-on role focuses on blending, processing, and ensuring finished products meet high quality and safety standards.

You will operate FLT/JCB equipment, manage loading/unloading, and help maintain accurate stock records in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay, enhanced overtime, and a range of staff perks support development within the group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating FLT, JCB or similar material handling equipment is desirable but training can be provided.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Physically demanding role requiring being on your feet and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in production.
• Basic understanding of stock control and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift Trucks (FLT) and JCB equipment to load and unload bulk deliveries.
• Carry out loading/unloading of bulk deliveries following site procedures and safety rules.
• Move finished products and raw materials between areas to support production schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and update records to ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Support site shunting and housekeeping to maintain clean, safe operations.
• Complete mandatory training within agreed timeframes.
