Job summary

Rocket Staffing Group Ltd. is seeking a Specialist Repairer in Corby to join our fast‑paced workshop team. You will polish, repair windscreens, leather, and minor paint work to match factory finishes, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every vehicle.

The role requires a driven individual with a full UK driving licence, the ability to work independently, and to support junior technicians when needed. Salary is £14.90 per hour with overtime at £22.35 after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bodyshop Technician or Smart Repairer or Quickfix.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Able to work independently and make decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to train junior staff when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out polishing of new painted panels, ensuring finish matches the original factory finish.
• Repairing windscreens, plastic and interior repairs.
• Removing scratches and correcting minor paint work.
• Completing leather repairs.
• Ensuring that all Company documentation is accurately completed, and that all Company procedures are followed.
• Planning and managing time effectively to meet deadline and workshop efficiency.
• Training new staff when required.
