Job summary

Brose Coventry is seeking a diligent operator to assemble and weld parts, meeting customer requirements on time and in full. You will operate welders and other machinery, pack assemblies to standards, and maintain 5S housekeeping to support efficient production.

We value attendance, a safety-first team player attitude, and the ability to hit demanding targets. GCSEs in maths and English are required, with engineering qualifications a plus.

Qualifications

• Right-First-Time (RFT) mindset and ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Ability to work as part of a team and influence others to meet goals.
• Safety-conscious approach and good attendance to support plant goals.
• GCSEs including maths and English, with engineering/manufacturing qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and weld parts per process, meet production targets and on-time-in-full requirements.
• Operate machinery such as welders, spin riveters, screwdrivers and related equipment.
• Pack assemblies to defined quantities and standards; maintain 5S and housekeeping.
• Carry out quality and safety checks; complete documentation for traceability.
