Brose Coventry, a family-owned company, invites you to join a manufacturing team where a strong work ethic and precision drive success. You will assemble and weld parts, operate related machinery, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery while maintaining 5S standards.

The role emphasizes Right-First-Time performance, lean manufacturing knowledge, and excellent attendance. Basic hourly pay starts at £12.83 with a flex bonus and shift allowance; overtime may apply and night shifts pay a premium.

Formación

• Experience with repetitive assembly work following detailed work instructions.
• Ability to meet demanding targets with a Right-First-Time mindset.
• Safety-conscious team player who can influence others to achieve.
• Four GCSEs grade C/4 or above including Maths and English; Engineering qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience or knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble/Weld parts per process to build requirements and meet on-time-in-full targets.
• Operate machinery such as welders, spin riveters and screwdrivers as instructed.
• Pack assemblies to defined quantities and standards.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping and uphold accountability within the team.
• Carry out quality and safety checks and ensure traceability of parts.
