Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Production / Assembly Operative for a full-time, permanent position in Andover. You’ll join a busy manufacturing team, assembling products to specification and maintaining high quality throughout production.

Working Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:30pm with occasional overtime, you should have hands-on manufacturing experience, a good mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail. The role offers a competitive salary up to £32,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately

Responsibilities

• Assembling products in line with company specifications
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Following technical instructions, SOPs and work instructions
• Accurately recording production output
• Identifying and reporting any issues or defects
• Working closely with your team to achieve production goals
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Following all company health and safety procedures
