Job summary

Rose & Young Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled 3-Axis CNC Programmer, Setter & Operator for its Fabrication Department. The role involves programming, setting and operating 3-axis milling machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances.

You will interpret engineering drawings, use CMM for inspections and ensure strict quality and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Experience programming, setting and operating 3-axis CNC milling machinery.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process documentation.
• Attention to micron-level tolerances and precision inspection.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate 3-axis CNC milling machinery to manufacture precision components.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and process docs accurately.
• Maintain micron-level tolerances and surface finish requirements.
• Conduct first-off checks and in-process verification.
• Inspect finished components using CMM and precision measuring equipment.
• Ensure traceability and compliant documentation throughout manufacturing.
