Job summary

Adecco are pleased to recruit CJ Case Disposals Administrator with Thames Valley Police Force. This temporary role in Reading offers full-time hours (37 per week) at £14.23 per hour, with an end date at least March 2027. Office based at Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue HQ.

You will process disposals, handle civil disclosure requests, manage case data across databases, and deliver high-quality customer service while supporting other CJ teams and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Process and review Thames Valley court disposals for accuracy.
• Handle civil disclosure requests in line with the Data Protection Act.
• Enter, update and retrieve case file information across databases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Prepare documentation per multi-agency SLAs.
• Support other CJ teams to maintain service delivery.

Responsibilities
