Job Opportunity: Preceptorship Nurse

We are offering a fantastic new opportunity for a dedicated Preceptorship Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Hook, Hampshire area. Join one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This service aims to support patients through community-based activities as part of a comprehensive treatment program, preparing them for discharge and community placement.

Requirements:

• Qualified RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current, active NMC Pin

Key Duties:

1. Deliver prescribed care within an agreed framework
2. Plan and implement structured nursing care respecting patient choices and wishes
3. Observe, engage, and assess patient needs and progress
4. Monitor and review care plans
5. Respond to changes in patient conditions
6. Handle suggestions and complaints proactively
7. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
8. Participate in clinical and non-clinical meetings

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices
• Innovative and flexible approach to practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to achieve Preceptorship standards and competencies

Salary and Benefits:

£32,760 per annum, with options for day and night shifts. Benefits include:
