We are seeking an experienced practitioner with a recognised Level 3 qualification. Paediatric first aid certification is preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a genuine love for working with young children, and a commitment to their safety and well-being. Confidentiality of children's information must be maintained.
The successful applicant will serve as a Keyperson, responsible for maintaining records and observations of their assigned children, using our online learning journal, Blossom.
They should be willing to attend staff meetings and training sessions, work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate good communication skills. Responsibilities also include setting up and clearing away activities and cleaning at the end of sessions.
A commitment to diversity and equality is essential, as we are a fully inclusive setting. An interest in SEND is advantageous.
A satisfactory advanced DBS check is required.
