Job summary

Partou UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Pre School Manager for Partou Bumpkins Day Nursery & Forest School in Royston. You will oversee daily operations, lead a capable team, and ensure high standards of care and education in line with EYFS.

The role focuses on delivering stimulating activities, safeguarding, and building strong partnerships with families across two sites with parking facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• GCSE Maths required.
• Strong EYFS knowledge essential.
• Proven experience leading an early years team.
• Passion for early years education and child development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the nursery team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Salary £37,044.80 per annum, £17.81 per hour. Plus £5,000 welcome bonus

About the Role

Partou Bumpkins Day Nursery & Forest Schoolis seeking a dedicated and passionate pre school managerto ensure the smooth running of the setting.You will work towardsensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families..Our forest school, Nature Rangers, was shortlisted for Outdoor Learning Environment of the Year at the 2024, National NMT Nursery Awards. Pre-school children enjoy free-flow access to this incredible outdoor space which covers all seven areas of the EYFS. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will provide exceptional care and compassion towards the children, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families. We operate across two sites with dedicated environments for each age group and parking at both locations.
