St Alban's Catholic Academy in Harlow is seeking a capable Pre-School Leader to join our early years team. The post supports building from our early year’s provision with a strong Catholic ethos and collaborative planning.

Essential qualification is NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare & Education or equivalent. The role involves leading EY education, implementing EYFS welfare policies, planning and assessment, and maintaining a safe, inspiring environment for children.

• Set expectations that inspire, motivate and challenge every child.
• Assist in liaising with parents on welfare, learning and development of the children.
• Work alongside outside agencies.

The Trustees of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust wish to appoint an excellent, enthusiastic, caring Pre-School Leader to join our setting at St Alban's Catholic Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, to build from an early year's provision. Experience of leading a setting would be preferred, but not essential. Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust consists of three Primary schools who work closely together.

Essential qualifications, at least, NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare & Education or equivalent.

Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust was formed in August 2013 and incorporates St Alban's Catholic Academy and St Luke's Catholic Academy. Both schools are one form entry and are happy, exciting and inspiring learning environments.
