Job summary

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust offers a 24-month pre-registration training post for Pharmacy Technicians. Trainees rotate through hospital, GP practice and community pharmacy settings, with virtual classes and on-the-job experience to build a professional portfolio towards qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at required levels including Maths & English.
• Science GCSE or equivalent, with science background.

Responsibilities

• Complete 24-month pre-registration training programme with virtual classes and on-the-job learning.
• Rotate across hospital sites, GP practices, community pharmacies and other secondary care.
• Build portfolio towards Pharmacy Technician qualification.
• Complete assignments in personal time and stay prepared for supervision and assessment.
