Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to translate product builds into precise order summaries for design, brand, manufacturing and logistics teams. The role interfaces with multiple contributors, requiring proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time in the designated office, five days per week, with responsibilities including ensuring documentation accuracy

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
• 2+ years of experience in a print/manufacturing environment would be useful but not essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficient knowledge of print processes, techniques and technical terminology.
• The ability to work under pressure and support others within the team.
• Methodical approach with a high attention-to-detail.
• Strong computer skills particularly using Excel are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and oral.
• Able to work in a team and with other departments.
• Competent in all Microsoft office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with Pre-Production Manager and Senior Order Management Coordinator to create order summaries for a growing portfolio
• Be responsible for complete accuracy within all documentation and ensure they are delivered on time
• Work with proficiency using Fanatics in-house tools and systems, which include D365, Oracle, OTC, Launchpad
• Collaborate with BOM, Purchasing, Finance and Sales teams to ensure Order Summaries are aligned
• Responsible for creating accurate item and assembly data on internal Fanatics systems
• Recommend changes and support the implementation of tools, processes, and procedures that will improve efficiency and accuracy
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks as directed by the Pre-Production leadership when required
