Qualifications

• Previous experience of working with children of this age group, ideally within a KS1 setting.
• Minimum Safeguarding Level 1 Certificate is essential for this post.

Responsibilities

• Provide a stimulating learning environment under the direction of the Class Teacher.
• Welcome and settle children into the classroom on arrival.
• Assist with reading books, record sheets and displays.
• Maintain classroom resources and prepare learning materials.
• Assist with art, crafts, science and other activities.
