Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Temporary - Maternity Cover Pre-Owned Operations Manager in Leicester. You will support the Head of Pre-Owned and Vintage and oversee the administrative team to deliver first-class client service for buying and selling Pre-Owned watches.

We value strong leadership, excellent time management, and a flexible, proactive approach to ensure seamless operations within a luxury retail environment.

• Oversee operations to maximise accuracy and speed in pre-owned processes.

As the Pre-Owned Operations Manager, you will support the Head of Pre-Owned and Vintage, andensure the effectiveness of the administrative team, to enable efficient and first-class client service to clients and colleagues, for buying and selling Pre-Owned watches
