We're recruiting an experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Court team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and achieving strong results.

In this role, you'll manage a mixed caseload of injury and non-injury claims, reviewing and progressing files to assess settlement prospects or readiness for issue. You'll advise on the merits of personal injury and credit hire matters, provide clear updates to clients and work towards set targets.
