Job summary

Love Recruitment Limited, on behalf of a major fitness franchise, is launching a brand-new gym in Hove and seeks a commercially minded Membership Sales Advisor to lead the pre-opening campaign.

You will build a local membership community, conduct consultations, tours and outreach, and shape the culture of the club from day one, while working toward targets.

This is a full-time role with evenings and weekends as needed, offering a base salary plus commission and a clear path to progression.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or fundraising, with target-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during pre-opening.
• Interest in fitness and community building.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales campaign: generate high-quality leads and convert prospects.
• Engage with the local community through outreach and partnerships.
• Conduct consultations and tours of the new gym.
• Support marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing members to support engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Uphold club standards: clean, safe, welcoming environment.
