Job summary

Hunters 4 Staff are seeking a reliable Pre Delivery Inspector for a busy Marchington logistics operation. You will check goods for accuracy and condition, ensuring they are ready for safe dispatch.

The role offers a 6:00am–2:30pm shift, weekly pay, and ongoing opportunities. Training provided and on-site parking available.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, and accuracy.
• Check deliveries against manifests, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
• Count and verify pallet quantities before dispatch.
• Record stock and inspection details using paperwork and warehouse systems.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods promptly; prepare, label, and organise stock ready for dispatch.

About the Role

Hunters 4 Staff are working with a busy logistics operation in Marchington, near Uttoxeter looking for a reliable and detail-focused Pre Delivery Inspector. This is a hands-on role where accuracy matters, you'll be making sure goods are correct, in good condition, and ready to move through the warehouse safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, and accuracy
• Check deliveries against manifests, delivery notes, and purchase orders
