Job summary

EDF is delivering Sizewell C in Suffolk and seeks an experienced Pre-Construction Senior Project Manager - Reporting & Analytics to lead reporting, analytics, and performance management across pre-construction and site delivery. You will shape governance, analytics models, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions.

Work with senior stakeholders, supply chain partners, and the Construction Management Office to drive improvements in reporting accuracy and programme delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in reporting, analytics, and performance management in large infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, or operational reporting functions.
• Advanced Power BI capability (DAX and Power Query).
• Strong data modelling, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Degree in Analytics, CS, Data Science, or related discipline.

We're looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Senior Project Manager -Reporting & Analytics to lead the reporting, analytics, and performance management capability that supports this nationally significant programme. This is a unique opportunity to influence major project decisions by transforming complex data into meaningful insight, helping drive performance across pre-construction, supply chain, logistics, workforce planning, and site delivery functions. You will develop and manage reporting frameworks, analytics models, and performance dashboards that support strategic decision-making across the programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, supply chain partners, and the Construction Management Office (CMO), you'll provide valuable insight that enhances operational performance, improves reporting accuracy, and supports successful programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of reporting frameworks and governance processes across Pre-Construction and Site Delivery.
• Establish and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance metrics.
• Provide analytical leadership across supply chain, logistics, workforce, and operational functions.
• Deliver forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Transform large and complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting processes, and systems integration.
• Support Development Consent Order (DCO) compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Analyse workforce logistics, resource utilisation, accommodation, and site service data.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and performance improvement opportunities across the programme.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decisions through evidence-based recommendations.

About You

Essential

• Strong experience in reporting, analytics, and performance management within large-scale infrastructure, construction, or nuclear environments.
• Proven experience supporting supply chain, logistics, or operational reporting functions.
• Advanced Power BI capability, including DAX and Power Query (M).
• Strong data modelling, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments.
• Degree qualified in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
