Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Bid/Pre-Construction professional to take tenders from initial stage through to contract award within the Social Housing sector. You will manage submissions, coordinate with commercial and estimating teams, and plan delivery strategies for refurbishment, maintenance and decarbonisation schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pre-Construction, Bid Management or a similar role within construction or social housing.
• Strong knowledge of tender processes and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ideally from an Estimating background.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage tender submissions and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Estimating, Operations and SHEQ teams to develop proposals.
• Plan delivery strategies, programmes, logistics and resources for upcoming schemes.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Identify risks and opportunities to ensure tenders are commercially viable.
• Support handover and mobilisation of contracts to the operations teams.
• Attend client meetings, presentations and tender interviews.
