Job Description:

Pre-construction manager required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. You will be responsible for managing tenders, estimators, and pre-contract administration.

This is a great opportunity for a mechanically biased pre-construction manager, estimating manager, project manager, contract manager, or senior estimator with a strong mechanical background in commercial and industrial installation estimating to join a business that is on a steep upward trajectory.

Requirements:

• Substantial estimating / tendering background within building services
• Mechanical bias with good electrical awareness
• Experience of managing multiple tenders
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings

Package:

• Base salary £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience
• Bonus based on profit and tender success, typically over £10,000 (net and gross profit figures are transparent)
• 33 days holiday
