Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Pre Construction Manager to lead the bid and programming phase for a major framework of educational projects in London and the Southeast. The role requires strong process discipline and prior top-tier/main contractor experience, delivering projects from tender through to on-site delivery.

You will manage programming, coordinate trades and design consultants, and chair meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful bid outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong process-driven experience in construction projects.
• Experience in similar pre-construction roles at top/mid-tier contractors.
• London/Southeast project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction programming through the build cycle.
• Lead project bidding and tender strategies; coordinate bid writers.
• Oversee tender submissions and estimation.
• Control programme and coordinate trades; adapt as needed.
• Add cost and design input to delivery process and end product.
• Coordinate all design and project consultants.
• Chair meetings with client and stakeholders.
