Job summary

City Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to secure and develop new business, overseeing tender management and design development across London and the Home Counties. The role is office-based with site visits and client meetings, coordinating with design teams, consultants, and suppliers to deliver robust pre-construction programmes.

You will lead tender submissions, manage risk and value engineering, and work closely with the commercial team to ensure compliant cost plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Pre-Construction or related role.
• Strong Design & Build experience.
• Experience delivering projects in London and the South East.
• Proven track record of tender submissions and winning work.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documentation and client requirements.
• Coordinate tender process from receipt to submission.
• Lead value engineering and risk assessment during tender.
• Manage design development and pre-construction programmes.
• Engage with clients, consultants and suppliers.
• Support project mobilization and handover.
