Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager for a leading international contractor based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. You will steer the pre-construction phase on high-value projects, coordinating design, estimating, procurement and programme workstreams to ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams.

• Strong construction or engineering background, ideally with a main contractor.

Are you an experienced Pre-Construction Manager looking to take a leading role in shaping major, high-value construction projects with an established international general contractor?

Join a growing business delivering technically complex projects across the UK and Europe.Based in Gerrards Cross, you'll work closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams to develop projects from early engagement through to construction, with visibility across the business and direct access to senior leadership.

You'll bring together design, estimating, procurement, commercial and planning teams, ensuring projects are well coordinated and ready for successful delivery.This role would suit an established Pre-Construction Manager or an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in pre-construction.

Your role will include:
