We are looking for a Producer to lead our Star video operation, setting strategy and KPIs with Editors/Video Leads and managing a diverse team with inclusion and wellbeing at its core. Reporting directly to the Video Lead, you will be overseeing full video production from planning to distribution, ensuring platform optimisation, workflow efficiency, and quality compliance.
You'll also be working hand‑in‑hand with journalists to help shape breaking news coverage, craft standout original and affiliate content, and harness AI tools to elevate storytelling and audience impact.
