Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an ambitious Estimator to join the pre-construction team near Southampton. You will play a pivotal role in securing new business, taking tenders from initial receipt through to formal submission and handover.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documentation, design drawings, and specifications to understand scope and risk.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and net budgets for two-stage, single-stage, and framework tenders.
• Issue enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers, evaluating incoming quotations for value and compliance.
• Lead mid-tender and post-tender meetings with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Work alongside bid management and planning teams to craft competitive, high-value proposals.
