Macstaff in Christchurch, Dorset, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our construction team on a full-time basis. You will prepare cost plans, tender submissions, and be involved in value engineering across projects in the South West.

The role offers £50K–£60K base salary, plus a £5K+ car allowance and generous benefits. You will work closely with project teams on a variety of building projects near Bournemouth and Poole.
