Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an established Pre-Construction Director to join our Construction West team, based across the West of the UK with offices in Manchester and Birmingham.

As a Senior Business Lead in Wates Construction, this role offers the chance to take full accountability for shaping, growing, and developing the pre-construction strategy with the support of the newly formed leadership team.

The successful candidate will be a work-winning pre-construction specialist, capable of embracing the Wates Pre-Construction Transformation Programme from pre-bid through to the successful conversion of the second stage.

Responsibilities include aligning with the business plan, ensuring compliance with governance and processes to meet sales targets, supporting business development to ensure a future pipeline, and actively participating in external networking.
