Qualifications

• Experience within flushing, water treatment or building services.
• Knowledge of pre-commission cleaning and closed-system treatment.
• Experience operating flushing and filtration equipment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-commission cleaning of heating and chilled water systems.
• Perform power flushing, back flushing, and chemical cleaning.
• Manage chemical dosing and closed-system water treatment.
• Set up and operate flushing rigs, pumps, and filtration equipment.
• Record system data, test results and site documentation accurately.
