Job summary

Circle Reading Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, invites applications for a Registered Nurse in the Pre Assessment department. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern.

You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, monitor vitals, administer medications, and maintain documentation in line with NMC standards. Eligible candidates are registered adult nurses with clinical experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care per care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate changes with clinical judgment.
• Administer medications safely according to hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and observations.
• Ensure care complies with NMC standards and governance requirements.
• Identify and report incidents and safeguarding concerns.
